Responsible for managing the accounting team and supervising all financial tasks, maintaining the company’s financial health and ensuring we use capital and resources beneficially to increase profitability and comply with regulations.

Oversees company operations, ensuring all commercial contracted activities are delivered safely, on budget and in line with customer expectations. Leads the site management teams in driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Ensures that business growth is achieved in accordance with the company’s strategic plan through the identification of appropriate contract opportunities and the delivery of accurately tendered proposals for economically sustainable contracts.

Responsible for the identification and implementation of sustainable people and resource solutions to support the delivery of the company’s strategic business plan, whilst keeping the business compliant with legislation.

As Head of S&B Utilities, Terry is accountable for managing and maximising business performance across all S&B Utilities business activities.
